Eagle Vision Breathwork Workshop: Somatic Release & Mental Clarity

The Eagle Vision Breathwork Experience is a down-to-earth, immersive workshop designed to help you quiet a busy mind, release physical tension, and regulate your nervous system.

By combining a traditional Amazonian plant practice with conscious, rhythmic breathing, this workshop offers a structured space to drop out of your analytical thoughts and reconnect with your body. If you are looking for practical stress relief, deeper mental focus, and a fresh perspective on your current life path, this session is for you.

What to Expect: The Three Parts of the Workshop

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and grounded experience, the workshop is structured into three clear phases:

  • 1. The Sananga Practice: We begin with Sananga, a traditional Amazonian eye drop made from the root bark of the Tabernaemontana shrub. Traditionally used by indigenous tribes to sharpen vision for hunting, it is used here to clear mental fog and reset the nervous system.

    • Please note: When applied, Sananga causes an intense, fiery burning sensation that typically lasts for a few minutes. We will use deep breathwork to navigate the sting together. Following the burn, the eyes feel exceptionally clear, and you will feel deeply grounded and mentally sharp.

  • 2. 50-Minute Conscious Breathwork: Using a continuous, circular breathing technique, you will naturally shift your body out of “fight-or-flight” mode. This deep, rhythmic oxygenation allows your nervous system to safely process and release stored stress, anxiety, and emotional tension without the need to talk it through.

  • 3. Grounding & Integration: We close the session with a supportive integration circle. This is a relaxed space to process your experience, share insights if you wish, and ground your mind before heading home.

      • Safety & Contraindications: Because deep, continuous breathwork changes your oxygen levels and can trigger physical and emotional releases, it is not suitable for individuals with severe cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis), or those who are pregnant.
