Summer gathering
Over the years we have had many amazing gatherings. We are currently working on a beautiful offering August 2025. We will update this page when we have more info and booking info.
The world is messy, sometimes confusing, often overwhelming, but not here at Gaunts House. Our driveway is the path to relaxation, rejuvenation, learning, clarity, and play. This summer, join us as we honour the land, unleash untapped creativity, embrace new practices, reflect, reimagine, and have lots of fun! The Summer Festival at Gaunts House is about discovering inner and outer connections with the earth, the sky, with Self, and each other!
Your Time or Family Time? Come by alone, or bring your family and friends to take part in our programme of immersive, hands-on, heart-in activities ‘housed’ within one of five Hubs:
The Herbal Hub: Unleash clarity around the usefulness of herbs in healing, cooking, aroma, and more.
The Movement Hub: Take part in daily meditation, yoga, and mindfulness conversations.
The Creative Hub: Join a creative collaborative to write a short play or a musical score which you all then get to perform in the Barn Theatre.
The Grounding Hub: Speak with the earth, the seedlings, the plants and work together to understand the nuances of veggie gardens, flower beds, and forests!
The Family Hub: Enjoy activities designed for all ages, from storytelling sessions to family yoga and nature walks.
This free-fall of creativity is sprinkled with music, group drumming, evening gatherings, and lots of laughter!

We are aware of a whole host of community networks springing up all over Bournemouth. Recently we went to visit the project at ‘Grounded Community’ Boscombe to see their growing and free food charity. Along with other farms and emerging movements the ground seems it’s being prepared (excuse the pun) for these groups to network. Its inspiring us to feel into ways that we can also add to the pool, join and open to new possibilities inspired by a blend of what Gaunts has always offered, aligned perhaps with whats needed in these times. We are having a slow gentle look around to see whats possible.
