Enhance your Freezone experience by making Gaunts House your home for the weekend. While the festival hums with energy in the nearby fields, the House remains a quiet, held sanctuary for those who value a deep night’s rest and a touch of extra comfort.

Beyond the Festival Boundary Staying in the House offers more than just a bed; it offers freedom. While festival camping is typically contained to the main site, our B&B guests enjoy full access to the wider Gaunts House Estate. Take a contemplative morning stroll around our private lake or find a moment of stillness in the “Cathedral of Trees” before the workshops and music begin.

The Benefits of the House:

  • The Short Stroll: Enjoy a gentle 5–10 minute walk down to the festival field—close enough to be in the heart of the music, far enough to sleep in total peace.

  • Safety & Peace of Mind: A major benefit of staying indoors is the ability to stay away from the high-grass ticks. Having a private bathroom and mirrors allows you to easily check yourself and maintain a higher level of hygiene throughout the weekend.

  • Continental Nourishment: Start your morning with a hearty continental spread in our dining room. Enjoy fresh toast, jams, croissants, eggs, seasonal fruit, juices, and porridge, alongside unlimited teas and coffees.

Your Choice of Sanctuary: We have a variety of rooms to suit your needs, whether you are traveling solo or with friends:

  • Single Ensuite: Your own private space and bathroom for ultimate peace.

  • Double Ensuite: Perfect for couples or close friends wanting a shared sanctuary.

  • Shared Rooms: A cost-effective way to stay in the House while connecting with the community.

Flexible Stays (2, 3, or 4 Nights): We offer tiered pricing for stays between Thursday 28th and Sunday 31st May. Our sliding scale rewards longer stays, ensuring you get the most value for your full festival journey.
