Deep relaxation and healing with Reki infused sound bath at Gaunts House, Wimborne. Join Lianne for a restorative morning of crystal singing bowls in our historic Ballroom. Set in 100s acres of ancient Dorset woodland.

This soundbath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you are bathed in soothing sound waves. These are created predominantly by crystal singing bowls along with Tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, and an ocean drum for the deepest sound healing experiencece. As a result of lying comfortably, the layered vibrations wash over you, guiding your body into relaxation while your mind enters a calm, restorative state. Furthermore, this experience is designed to reduce stress, release tension, and rebalance your energy. A healing Soundbath specifically invites you to simply rest and receive. Not only do the frequencies help quiet mental chatter, but they also encourage emotional release and support a sense of inner harmony.

In addition to the event, you will find our fabulous estate just 5 minutes outside of Wimborne. Although it is close to town, it is set in over 1,000 acres of ancient woodland. The location is already peaceful before you even arrive onto your yoga mat in the splendid Ballroom. In fact, this room oozes beauty with its high ornate ceilings and great acoustics.

For your convenience, there is plenty of free parking and on-site toilets. However, please remember to bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and pillows to stay warm.
