These are created predominantly by crystal singing bowls along with Tibetan bowls\, koshi chimes\, and an ocean drum for the deepest sound healing experiencece. As a result of lying comfortably\, the layered vibrations wash over you\, guiding your body into relaxation while your mind enters a calm\, restorative state. Furthermore\, this experience is designed to reduce stress\, release tension\, and rebalance your energy. A healing Soundbath specifically invites you to simply rest and receive. Not only do the frequencies help quiet mental chatter\, but they also encourage emotional release and support a sense of inner harmony. \nLianne truly wants the ancient ceremonial benefits of sound to impact as many people as possible.
