These are created predominantly by crystal singing bowls along with Tibetan bowls\, koshi chimes\, and an ocean drum for the deepest sound healing experiencece. As a result of lying comfortably\, the layered vibrations wash over you\, guiding your body into relaxation while your mind enters a calm\, restorative state. Furthermore\, this experience is designed to reduce stress\, release tension\, and rebalance your energy. A healing Soundbath specifically invites you to simply rest and receive.
