This weekend is for you so you can choose to join in with as much or as little as is appropriate for you and appeals. The invitation is to digital detox for the period of the retreat, giving ourselves a break from the distraction of devices. This is not a silent weekend although there will be an opportunity to explore periods of quiet to deepen practice. Teaching sessions take places throughout the weekend, whatever level you are at there will be a space to work with an experienced teacher.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (plus hot drinks, fruit and biscuits) are included. Gaunts kitchen serves delicious fresh vegetarian food and caters for other dietary requirements, please just let us know in advance.
