UK Festival of Breathwork
Breathe is delighted to welcome you to the UK Festival of Breathwork.
We invite you to join us and breathe in the elements, to nourish your body, mind and soul...
Chose to walk in ancient woodland, lie on the grass or swim in the pool. You can play, stretch, dance and shake, move and explore, learn from and be guided by expert practitioners in the healing arts. Experience the power of breathing together in a group and bring more peace, creativity and freedom into your life. Join us for this unique experience at Gaunts House, near Wimborne, deep in the Dorset countryside.
It’s not only an Event, it’s an Experience!!
Breathe A Festival of Life will take place on the weekend of 29th August, through to the 1st September 2019 at the magnificent location of Gaunt’s House in the Dorset countryside, UK.
So what is Breathe?
Our vision is to create a Breathwork Festival that brings people together in a beautiful and inspiring space, to Breathe…to be alive and to feel it, to be in deep acceptance of it, to honor and celebrate it… to breathe in - expand, open up and receive, to breathe out - surrender, let go, sit in stillness and receive the wisdom that will guide us.
It is a gathering to celebrate and experience Breathwork as a powerful tool for the exploration and expression of our true essence and voice. It is an invitation to allow and empower ourselves, to be who we are and live authentically as part of this world.
Held in safe and nurturing indoor and outdoor spaces, in the naturally peaceful and uplifting site of Gaunts House, we will share this adventure with an array of wonderful practitioners who will provide guidance and support along the way. There will be workshops, talks by keynote speakers and individual sessions in different Breathwork techniques as well as in other modalities and activities. Our beautiful journey over the weekend will include introductory and advanced Breathwork workshops & talks, yoga, meditation, gong baths, dance, fire ceremony, visualizations, music and much more. More details on the programme will follow on the website https://www.festivaloflife.co.uk/
