    Thai Chi and Mindfulness Retreat Day

    09.30-17.00Gaunts House

    Treat yourself to a day of nourishment and re-connection. Slow down in the beautiful ballroom of Gaunt's House.

    This day aims to introduce you to Chen style Tai Chi as a means of developing self awareness, increasing energy levels and grounding ourselves within the busyness of life. The movement sessions will be interspersed with guided mindfulness meditations to come back to stillness and back to the breath. All ages and abilities are welcome. Whether you have a regular movement or meditation practice in place or you are keen to try something new.

    Gaunt's house will provide a delicious, healthy vegetarian/vegan lunch and Linda and Stuart will provide healthy snacks and herbal teas throughout the day

    The Tai Chi sessions will be guided by Stuart Ward who is a 12th generation lineage holder and disciple to Grandmaster Kongjie Gou. The Mindfulness will be guided by Linda Thomas who studied a 2 year post-graduate programme in teaching mindfulness at the university of Bangor.

    Both are passionate about what they do and would love to share this with a group of like-minded people.
