In a Speaking With Confidence circle, you are provided with the support you need to express yourself naturally and effectively in front of any group. By learning how to be present and connected in the moment with your listeners, you can discover the key to establishing instant rapport.
You will discover how to express yourself freely and joyfully, overcoming stage fright or other blocks that stop you from being yourself in groups or indeed any speaking situation including: social groups, job interviews, parties, presentations, public speaking, teaching.

Nicola Belle has been teaching and running groups for 18 years. The focus of her group work has included meditation, yoga, creating your own dream, parenting skills and assertiveness training. She lives in Stroud and has two grown-up children.
The weekend is fully residential; £195 for shared accommodation, £7.50/£17.50 supplement for single/en-suite rooms. The price includes all meals (vegetarian) and refreshments throughout the day. Non-residential rates are available.
