Theatre Line –up
Thursday Night:
9:00 – 10:30pm = Kangaroo Half Moon
After 16 years pioneering in the world of Celtic/global/psychedelia fusion, wowing audiences with their heart lifting, didge-driven wall of sound with the full band, Kangaroo Moon, this line up sees three members of the band perform a more rootsy and song driven set.
Friday Night:
8:15 – 8:50pm = Tina Bridgeman
Sublime, beautiful and simply crafted, Tina Bridgman performs original songs which are enchanting and balm for the soul. With 4 albums to her name and available on I.Tunes, her work has also had radio play in New Zealand as well as being published in books.

9:00 – 10:00 pm = Richard Kennedy
Accomplished singer-songwriter and acoustic guitar player with a unique style that never fails to wow his audiences.
10:15pm – til end = Seize the Day
Fiercely independent, often controversial, and never disappointing – their songs draw on popular global traditions, but with a radical new content. These are the stories from humanity’s frontline: Our struggles together for peace, justice and a cooler climate; Our struggles alone, wrestling with the personal dilemmas of our lives.
They sing to make you laugh about it, cry about it, dance about it, think about it – and maybe even inspire you to believe that you can DO something about it!
Saturday Night
8:45 - 9:00pm = Introduction from MC - Jackie Juno (including stories and poems)
9:00 – 10:00pm = Chris Ellis and Celeste Lovick
These two songwriters bring their unique style of uplifting, spontaneous acoustic music through the use of voices, harmonies and guitars.
10:15pm – til end = Praying for the Rain
One of the most dynamic and compelling bands performing today, their unique style of "Ethno-folk" combines contemporary acoustic music with an eclectic mix of world sounds and rhythms, together with beautifully crafted harmonies and emotive lead vocals. Their music brings to mind a modern blend of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Fleet Foxes and Peter Gabriel creating a truly uplifting and high energy experience.
Internationally recognised, they have travelled extensively throughout Europe, Canada, Africa, and the Middle East and have performed at festivals such as Glastonbury, Frome Festival, Womad, Trowbridge Pump, Stainsby and at London's South bank as part of a world music series presented by the National Theatre.
Sunday Night:
9:00– 10:00 pm = Danu Fox
Danu is a singer and musician of many talents fusing jazz, shamanic and Hindustani influences. Renowned at festivals for her Raag singing and toning workshops here she sings from her latest album Yemaya,which is a collection of shamanic songs and chants, supported by skin drum, keyboards, flutes, violin and harmonium. A unique sound.
10:15 – til end = Kora Colours (with Ravi)
Described by Songlines as "a walking testament to the success of multiculturalism", Ravi is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist and Kora player. He has released over 15 CDs, performed internationally (including WOMAD and Glastonbury Festivals), invented the electric/stereo Kora, worked with luminaries such as Nigel Kennedy, Jon Lord and Baaba Maal - and created pioneering projects such as ‘The Overtone Choir’, Kora Colours and "Neuneneu" with Brazilian legend Marlui Miranda - that has toured Europe with Amazon Indians. In concert Ravi performs inspiring songs and leads mantras – and he plays Kora, guitar, djembe, berimbao, plus throat singing.

Friday Night
8:30– 9:30pm = Brian Boothby
Poetic, spiritual, full of imagery and experience, Brian's 'firegazing songs' sit perfectly in the ballroom - a venue that has, indeed, contributed to his current musical direction). Accompanied by Chris Ellis and Dave Sturt, he'll be playing material from his new album 'Honour' - ''a superb piece of work, extremely atmospheric and evocative of the things worth having in this world''.
9:40– 10.45pm = Michael Ormiston and Candida Valentino
Michael and Candida play traditional and original music. The concert reflects their passion for the sounds of Mongolia, Tibet and beyond. Listen to their unique combination of Mongolian overtone singing, undertone singing, mantra, song and sound journeys accompanied by Tibetan Singing Bowls, Bells, Cymbals, Gongs, Mongolian Horse head fiddle, Shaman drum, Bouzouki and more.
Saturday Night:
8:00 - 8:40pm = Julia Palmer-Price
Julia is an acclaimed cello player who has toured extensively through-out her musical career. Highlights include: the Hendrix tour with Nigel Kennedy, being signed by Joe Boyd to Hannibal records, Billy Bragg and Natalie Merchant sessions, .Kurt Weill and a Peter and the Wolf record with a book illustrated by Bono, becoming a cult band in Italy with the band Miro who released 3 albums on Secret Heart label.

9:40– 10:30pm = Caitlin and Sika
Caitlin and Sika are musicians with a world class act that they tour in the UK, USA and NZ, fusing beautiful lyrics, piano, keyboards and guitar with didgeridoo and percussion. Both originally from the UK, they have lived in New Zealand for 15 years and are widely loved by audiences all over the world. They have 9 albums released with MG Music label and 15 years of performing experience at an impressive variety of venues.

9:30– 10:45pm = Hank Dogs
are an acoustic folk band from South London. Their music is considered to be in the English folk tradition. They started out in 1992 at an acoustic club in South London. In 1998 they traveled to Seattle with producer Jon Kertzer and played at the Bumbershoot Festival there. Their first album - 'Bareback', produced by Joe Boyd, was well received and was named Record of the Month for WXPN in Philadelphia.
