Meditation

We hold daily silent meditations - and you are welcome to join us, please ask for details. During these sessions we follow no particular school or methodology – but see these times as an opportunity to be still and silent and to reconnect with our inner selves - and life itself.  We have a lovely new Sanctuary area situated on the first floor of the house in a large light room which overlooks the gardens.

Therapies

Gong Bath - Sound Relaxation (approx. 45 mins):

Come and experience the healing powerful sound of a 38" Symphonic Gong. Lie back and allow the sounds of the gong to wash over you and resonate through you.   Become bathed in a landscape of sound. A gong bath stills the mind and points you to inner being.

These sessions are with Stu Hampton who is a resident member of the Gaunts House Community. Suggested donation £20 for 45 minutes.

Please contact Stu for further details.

Why not visit the local market town of Wimborne Minster, where there is a stunning Saxon Church with Norman and Gothic architecture. It is famed for its unique chained library and the tomb of King Ethelred, the brother of Alfred the Great. In all three monarchs are buried there. The thrice weekly market is definitely worth a visit, as is the Wimborne Folk Festival which is held annually in June. For more information on Wimborne click HERE.
