Meditation

We hold daily silent meditations - and you are welcome to join us, please ask for details. During these sessions we follow no particular school or methodology – but see these times as an opportunity to be still and silent and to reconnect with our inner selves - and life itself.  We have a lovely new Sanctuary area situated on the first floor of the house in a large light room which overlooks the gardens.

NEW: 1 to 1 -  'Soulness' Sessions (approx. 90 minutes):

In a private session with Jonathan (the Director of Gaunts House), you will spend time with an experienced sensitive and intuitive who maintains the highest standards in his work.

These exchanges are inevitably a deep sharing of awareness, a spontaneous reminder of the essential Self. Throughout your session, Jonathan will gently assist and guide you towards a real sense of oneness, well-being and peace of mind.

If you have experienced expanded states of consciousness which you have been unable to explain or regain, or if you are looking to find clarity, momentum and inspiration, then these sessions will help you on your journey.

It is strongly recommended that you make your request well in advance.

In the first instance or for further information, telephone:  01202 - 841522 and ask to speak with Jonathan.

PLEASE NOTE: These sessions are offered on a donation only basis.

“I loved my Soulness session!!  I left feeling inspired and very grateful to have met such a generous and humble spirit.  Jonathan’s experiences have provided him with profound insight into our true essence and the interconnectedness of all of life.  Through sharing his story, listening to my own and eloquently answering my incessant questions, Jonathan encouraged me to live from that authentic place in myself that is in all of us, and to follow a path that expresses my heart’s true desire.” - SG

Gong Bath - Sound Relaxation (approx. 45 mins):

Come and experience the healing powerful sound of a 38" Symphonic Gong. Lie back and allow the sounds of the gong to wash over you and resonate through you.   Become bathed in a landscape of sound. A gong bath stills the mind and points you to inner being.

These sessions are with Stu Hampton who is a resident member of the Gaunts House Community. Suggested donation £20 for 45 minutes.

Please contact Stu for further details.

It is famed for its unique chained library and the tomb of King Ethelred, the brother of Alfred the Great. In all three monarchs are buried there. The thrice weekly market is definitely worth a visit, as is the Wimborne Folk Festival which is held annually in June. For more information on Wimborne click HERE.
