This is an opportunity for you to join a small group of volunteers working together in the extensive gardens and grounds of Gaunts House and meet the Community here. It is especially refreshing to be in such a beautiful countryside location at this time of year.
The Autumn Retreat provides a welcome break from the stresses of the outside world, some good exercise and a chance to meet and socialise with other volunteers. There is also a reasonably priced range of alternative therapies available to those who take part.
The priice: £75 for the first five days and £7 for each further day. The maximum length of this retreat is two weeks.
